Shoshone Reservation in Wyoming. Did you
know history is not certain when or where Sacagawea died?
One report says Sacagawea died on December 20, 1812, at Fort Manuel,
South Dakota. The other report states Sacagawea died on April 9,
1884, on the Wind River Shoshone Reservation in Wyoming. This is
a difference of 72 years!
