Abe sits atop the Gettysburg Address marker at the Soldiers' National Cemetery in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. President Abraham Lincoln delivered the Gettysburg Address in a ceremony dedicating the cemetery on November 19, 1863. PAPA BOOK TOUR - REPORT #9: Ulysses and Robert E. on a cannon on the Confederate lines on Seminary Ridge in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The field behind them is the site of the famous Pickett's Charge which took place on July 3, 1863. The two low hills in the background are Little Round Top on the left and Big Round Top on the right.
